Lifts and accessibility
There is one lift operating between floors one and nine at the north end of the building (Tim Beaglehole Courtyard end). Permanent lift service at the north end of the building should be completed by the end of January 2019 and we are aiming for the south lifts to be full service by the end of December 2019.

Kelburn Access Suite
The Access Suite is on Level 1 of the library. It is a quiet place to rest and study for students with temporary or ongoing disabilities and provides computers and a range of adaptive technology and equipment. Access is granted by registering with Disability Services, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org 04 463 6070.
After-hours exit from Level 1
The Level 1 doors are closed from 6pm weekdays and on weekends and public holidays. If you are unable to leave the Library via level 2, please phone 0800 LIB CALL (0800 5422255) between 6pm and 8pm, or call Security on the red phone near the door at any other time.

AV viewing facilities
Room RB110 is available for booking to view AV resources (DVD, Bluray, VHS). Please ask at Victoria Info Ihonui level 2 for the room to be unlocked.
AV collections are available in the Glass Room on level 2.
